SWT was set up by director Max Ryde and actor Dan Ball, who have over 20 years of experience in the business,  their early career focussing on Musical Theatre, until moving into more screen based productions, where they became very successful in the commercial sector. The knowledge of all these areas within the performance industry, from Musical Theatre and Commercial through to Straight plays and TV puts South West Talent in a very good position. Understanding how each sector works and placing the right actors in the right position.
